After nearly 48 years in business, Helm's Four Seasons Resort permanently closed its doors on October 29, 2007. 

The property, which has been purchased by the Village of Sister Bay, will become an extension of the current Village Beach Park.  The existing resort buildings are scheduled to be razed sometime after January 1, 2008.
